Current Dietary Breakdown
MacrosDuring this "Back to Basics" phase, I am eating in caloric excess in order to keep the scale moving upward at a steady 1/2 lb to 1 lb per week.
A typical day for me:
-Slightly above 3000 calories
-235 grams of protein
-250 grams of carbs
-115 grams of fat
This was taken from a rough estimate of a very typical day for me. I don't make a habit of counting calories as long as I know I am getting over 200grams of protein per day, and the scale doesn't ever drop too drastically.
